Brattleboro Outing Club

Brattleboro Outing Club (BOC) is one of the oldest civic outdoor sporting associations
in the United States. Founded in 1921 by local sportsman Fred Harris, the BOC
was formed to “encourage, develop, and promote family outdoor life and good fellowship.”

Museum & Art Center presents the art of our time in a way
that entertains, educates, and inspires audiences of all ages. Galleries are open
from May - February, daily except Tuesday, 11 a.m. – 5 p.m. Administrative offices
are open year-round, Monday through Friday, 10-6. A private, non-profit organization
founded in 1972, BMAC is a non-collecting museum which produces changing exhibitions
of current art. Educational programs are available for children, teachers and
adult learners. The Museum Shop carries wonderful items to complete a visit. Admission:
$4 Adults; 3 Senior; 2 Students; Children 6 and under FREE. The museum is wheelchair
accessible and air-conditioned. The

The Vermont Renaissance Festival

which is a recreation of an English village in the 1580's during the celebration

advanced musical studies. It is credited for its pivotal role in the development
of chamber music in the U.S., and for training generations of musical leaders.
Each summer, on a rural hilltop in Marlboro, Vermont, master concert artists gather
with exceptional young professionals on the campus of Marlboro College. For seven
weeks, the generations rehearse, exchange ideas and play together as one large
musical family.
